How much caffeine is in each serving?
There’s 150mg of guarana and green coffee bean per serving, but they contain more components than just caffeine.
They are also not as potent as synthetic caffeine and they metabolize at different rates, which is why our customers notice time-released energy, without any crash.
If I drink one serving per day, will my canister last 30 days?
It depends on how much powder you are using per scoop. Some people like to use heaping scoops, which means they do not get 30 days of R:ZIP in their canister.
The best way to figure out if you're getting the appropriate serving size is to use a food scale.
A serving of Beach Vibe is 11g and serving of Berry Breeze is 12g. The difference in weight is entirely due to the amount of natural flavoring used. The amounts of every other ingredient are identical.
Why does the Berry Breeze canister contain more powder than Beach Vibe?
This is due to the amount of natural flavoring in each canister. The Berry Breeze flavor contains more flavoring than Beach Vibe. All other ingredients are identical.
What's the difference between the regular R:ZIP and the Caffeine Free version?
The formulas are identical, apart from two ingredients. Caffeine Free Beach Vibe contains NO guarana or green coffee bean.
How do I change my binary tree placement preference?

How do I get paid commissions?
We use I-Payout to pay commissions because the platform allows us to pay commissions in multiple countries.
You can set up an I-Payout account by clicking on the PROFILE tab, then COMMISSIONS ACCOUNT, then TAKE ME TO MY ACCOUNT.

You can transfer commissions to your I-Payout account by clicking on the COMMISSIONS > MANAGE COMMISSIONS tab. Then, click I-PAYOUT ACCOUNT, enter the amount you would like to transfer, and then click TRANSFER.
When you click TRANSFER, your payment will be added to the next batch of commissions distributed to I-Payout. This process is not instant and could take 1-3 business days.
Once your funds appear in I-Payout, you can transfer them to your bank account. This process can be automated in I-Payout.
Where can I see my rank progress?
The simplest place to find it is on your Back Office dashboard.
Do my VIP Customers have their own website?
Yes. We automatically generate a website for your VIP Customers upon enrollment. This is so they can refer other VIP Customers and participate in the referral program.
A VIP Customer can view their website link and update it on the PROFILE > WEBSITE/LOGIN tab.
How does the referral program work for VIP Customers?
It's the exact same program that we offer to Promoters.
They will earn 50% (of the product subtotal, excluding shipping and tax) in Retra Credits on the first 2 VIP Customers who order each month.
These credits are paid at the end of each month and will be automatically applied to next month's SmartShip order.
